Digital Signing
This blog is mostly beneficial for fellow Realtors...or anyone who works in a business that requires getting a signature from a client and you can't do it in person and they are technology savvy. Today I wrote an offer and I had offered for my buyers to DIGI sign, most people know what that means now a days, and they took me up on it. Now, I had already experimented with this through our paperless program Skyslope. But today for some reason, probably the reason I was on my laptop and not my desktop, I could not get the file to upload into Skyslope. So I used Esign that we have access to in WinForms Plus, our agent form program. Today I found out that it is free to use, I didn't know that! Well, let me tell you!! Easy Beazy!!! In Skyslope I have to drop the signature box, or the initial box, the check box, I have to decide which SIZE of box I want. Well, NOT IN ZIPFORMS you don't. It already knows where you need signatures and it knows where you need initials. You just choose the offer that you have already wrote and saved. It takes you to a screen where it gives you all names that were on the offer, and gives you the opportunity to add email addresses for each person, you check which persons you want to send to and BAM! Done!!! And its free with your subscription to Winforms! Technology at it's FINEST!!! I remember when I first started selling houses in 2003 and would run out of the carbon copy paper offer and have to go to the association and buy a pack, oh if my young realtor self could see me now!!!
